NILU offers gentle, low-pressure sessions where children can explore, play and regulate at their own pace. Come as you are. All energy levels welcome. Sessions are sensory-aware and child-led. There is no expectation to perform, keep pace or participate in any particular way. Parents and carers are welcome to stay throughout.

💃 Dance & Expressive Movement - Wednesdays · 12.30pm–2.30pm · From £3 Expressive, sensory-aware movement. All styles, all energy levels, all bodies welcome. Come as you are. Opening soon.
🌊 Parents: Rest Relax Restore — Jubilee Pool Wednesdays 1pm · 55 minutes · FREE · Time just for you... Float, rest and breathe in the warm geothermal waters of Penzance's Jubilee Pool, alongside parents who understand the journey. Children welcome if needed.
🏊 Home Ed Swimming — Praa Sands Fridays · 10am · 1 hour · From £3 A calm, sensory-aware swimming session for home educated children. Child-led. No performance expectations. Book below.

Every contribution helps keep NILU sustainable and accessible, so we can keep showing up for neurodivergent children and families that don't fit into mainstream education in Cornwall.
