Session Details
A gentle, held space for neurodivergent children to explore movement in their own way and at their own pace. Rather than focusing on steps, technique or performance, these sessions centre on rhythm, expression, regulation and relationship. Children are supported to move freely through sensory-aware, child-led exploration with space for stillness just as much as movement. With small group sizes and a relaxed, responsive facilitator, each child has room to arrive as they are, take their time, and find their own way of being in their body.
