Resources
We know there’s a lot of information out there, and finding what’s actually useful can sometimes feel overwhelming.
We’ve brought together some of the resources, organisations and websites that we think may be helpful for neurodivergent children, young people and their families.
Whether you’re looking for information about neurodivergence, navigating home education, finding local support or simply looking for ideas and resources, we hope this gives you a useful place to start.

Cirk Hes

Circo Neuro - clubs for neurodivergeant children ages 2-16
Quirky Circus - A weekly club for adults with disabilities on Wednesday mornings 11am-12pm
Sensory Sundays - Themed monthly back to back hour circus sessions for disabled children and their families, with our Sensory Chill-Out Space.

Daisy Amrit - Go-To Guides
We’ve recently come across the work of Daisy Amrit, and it really resonates with what we see and support at NILU. Her books are short, grounded, and genuinely helpful for neurodivergent families... especially on the harder days when everything feels like a bit too much.
They’re designed to be dipped into, not read cover to cover, offering simple ideas, encouragement, and practical tools without overwhelm.
We especially love how accessible they are gentle, realistic, and easy to take in when your capacity is low.
If you’re looking for something supportive and easy to return to, these are lovely little companion reads along your parenting journey.
