Time for you - Time to relax… A gentle, held space for parents / carers of neurodivergent kids & those needing extra support. No pressure. No expectations. Just kind company, and space to breathe. Come and be held in the lovely warm water of the geothermal Jubilee Pool. Take time to relax, rest and restore alongside other parents of neurodivergent children who understand the journey. If possible, we highly recommend taking this hour as time just for yourself. You might like to book your child into the Wednesday dance class, creating a little space to come along on your own. However, if that’s not possible, you are very welcome to bring your children with you and book them into the session too. Sessions take place in the geothermal at Jubilee Pool, The UK's Most Celebrated Saltwater Lido. The geothermal pool is a naturally heated sea pool that reaches temperatures between 28–30 degrees. The venue offers a relaxed and welcoming setting with facilities that make visits easier for families, including: On-site changing rooms Café Sauna Seawater lido Enjoy a coffee after swimming with breath-taking panoramic views of the iconic Art Deco lido and Mounts Bay.
